Integrity/Architecture (i/A) is a different type of firm. We’re young, energetic, passionate, and approach design with the goal of exceeding expectation.
Integrity is more than a word, it’s an idea and a lifestyle. Integrity forms the foundation of our business strategy, guides the work we do, and the manner in which we do it. In choosing to name our firm integrity, we choose to hold ourselves accountable. We have no hidden agenda, no patience for drama, and no interest in inflating our own egos. We have one goal in mind and we pursue it with passion: Exceed expectation.
Who are we looking for?
In a new team member, we first need to know that he/she will be committed to the same standards that our name represents. We look for chemistry with the rest of the staff. We look for people who are motivated, committed to their work and are willing to push themselves to become better. We look for people who want to do the hard work and have a blast while doing it. We look for team players.
