301 EAST VINE
Located at the corner of Rose and Vine streets in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, 301 East Vine Street was developed as a mixed-use space to serve the city’s evolving urban community. The 9,100-square-foot, loft-like area housed a contemporary art gallery, a dance-based workout studio, a suspension training studio for silk yoga and Total Resistance Exercises, a beauty bar, and a coffee and treat bar. This combination of functions created a dynamic environment fostering creativity, wellness, and social interaction.
