301 EAST VINE
Located at the corner of Rose and Vine streets in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, this is without a doubt one of the boldest and most intricate projects we’ve had the pleasure to work on, both in design and the business for which it is designed. Great time and energy was taken to carefully incorporate all of these functional elements into the 9,100 square foot existing space. 301 East Vine Street (originally MIX ON VINE) is a mixed-use (no pun intended) “gallery-esque” space housing several different functional elements and creating lifestyle options for Lexington’s exciting, evolving urban community. The street level loft-like space is home to a wide variety of functions:
- A large contemporary art gallery
- A dance-based workout studio
- An artful suspension training studio for silk yoga hammock workouts and TRX Training
- A beauty blow and braid bar
- A coffee and treat bar
