CUMBERLAND FALLS
The campground at Cumberland Falls is familiar to those who seek the great outdoors, but maybe not to the everyday tourist. Take our word for it – it’s a beautiful place secluded deep in the Daniel Boone National Forest near the Cumberland River.
Scattered across the Appalachian foothills, the campground has been a temporary home away from home for thousands of campers for many years. For this project, ownership commissioned a renovation and addition to their existing bathhouse and general store to bring the look and feel of the facility up to Cumberland Falls standards. The renovation expanded the existing bathhouse to include two family bathhouse facilities, moving the general store into a brand new addition complete with a drive-up window for visitors. In renovating the exterior of the project, the front entrance of the facility was given a rustic aesthetic to compliment the surrounding natural environment.
