LEXINGTON POLICE CANINE HEADQUARTERS
After several attempts by the City of Lexington to design and construct this project – each ending in failure following busts in the budget – i/A won an RFP to make a final attempt. Designed to accommodate the essential needs of the project, the facility was preliminarily estimated to be just above the initial budget of $950,000. After assisting the City with establishing an extensive package of additive alternate bids, the project was ultimately bid on budget. This project has given us a tremendous level of experience in working both with City staff – and the end user – in order to create a project that meets the needs and achieves a difficult budget.
