THE VENUE

Located on the prominent corner of Malabu Drive and Nicholasville Road in Lexington, The Venue is a high-end retail development. The retail buildings themselves are situated in a series of three separate structures stitched together by their material aesthetic and the physical spaces between them.

The design was created to be clean and modern, yet familiar and approachable in its form. The use of soft whites and grays, combined with warmer wood tones, strikes the same balance. Wide, covered walkways and open gathering spaces, complete with plenty of greenery, has been designed to promote long stays on the property by patrons.
