UNIVERSITY OF SOMERSET

Like so many of Kentucky’s small towns – Somerset is historic, charming, and full of people who are proud of their community. But this is a community with big ambitions…

In the heart of downtown is an old retail and residential development which used to play host to the city’s original public water supply – a well at a natural spring. But with the occupation of the existing buildings dwindling, the city is seeking to reimagine the property – in a BIG way.

The property currently known as Cundiff Square will soon become the new home of the University of Somerset – an all-new institution of higher learning which will “empower spirited leaders and thinkers”.

While all we have now is a vision – sometimes a vision is all it takes to make meaningful change in the world – and that’s what Somerset aims to do.
