County to apply for grant funding for Veteran’s Park amphitheater – Richmond Register, September 2017

The veterans of Madison County have found an amazing ally in the County’s Fiscal Court.  Working diligently behind the scenes, the Court has been applying for grants from state and federal governments to help raise money for the future Madison County Veteran’s Memorial Park.

The grant they’re applying for this week could potentially net the Team a $1,000,000 windfall that will go a long way toward making the Park a reality.

The project is neatly divided into two sections – the Amphitheater and the Memorial.  Each component is a valuable asset to the other – much like the relationship between the Fiscal Court and the Veterans.

So while the potential funding indicated in this article will be a huge step forward, the Veterans still have a long way to go before enough funds are gathered to make the entire park a reality.  If you’re interested in donating to the cause – just reach out to us and we can put you in touch with the right people.
