Hope Center Shelter Expansion

This project focused on renovating the first floor of the existing Madison County Fiscal Court building in Richmond, Kentucky. This interior renovation modernized key spaces to better serve the community, including a full redesign of the Fiscal Courtroom, updates to public seating and audiovisual systems, refreshed finishes, and reconfigured office and support spaces.

Also included were upgrades to staff offices, a breakroom, and circulation areas—improving accessibility, efficiency, and workflow throughout the facility. Careful phasing and coordination with County leadership ensured minimal disruption to ongoing operations while enhancing the functionality and professionalism of this central hub for local government.
