MALONE’S – PADDOCK SHOPS

Bluegrass Hospitality Group (BHG) sought to make a splash with Louisville’s first Malone’s location.  Located on the edge of the Paddock Shops, the restaurant is their largest by floor area to-date.  A collection of different branded environments, the design of the new bar and restaurant location was led by Julie Rainey of R2 Studio, with iA providing architectural and design visualization services to the team.

At nearly 19,000 square feet of dining, bar, and private event space, Malone’s at the Paddock Shops is one of our boldest design endeavors to-date.
