As an Associate Principal and the firm’s Education Practice Lead, my work centers on the spaces where people learn. Education design is deeply personal to me. These aren’t just buildings; they’re the places where students discover who they are and what they’re capable of, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I work closely with school administrators, faculty, students, and community members to ensure that every voice at the table shapes the outcome. Good education design listens first. I bring that same spirit of listening and collaboration to every project; coordinating across clients, engineering consultants, contractors, and the iA team to keep things moving smoothly and purposefully, without losing sight of the people the project is ultimately for.

Relationships are at the heart of this work. I believe that when trust is built early and communication stays honest throughout, the result is not just a project delivered on time and on budget — it’s a place the community is genuinely proud of.
